Tina Hartwell is a proven leader in business strategy development, focusing primarily on program development and improving processes to increase revenue and reduce costs. In her role at Xcelerate Performance, Tina takes a hands-on approach to helps clients evolve their marketing programs and operations to support business goals. She brings with her more than 15 years of professional problem-solving experience, including strategic planning and prioritization, operational execution, process improvement, practice/program development, facilitation and motivation, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining Xcelerate Performance, Tina consulted to and then took a position with OpenSky Corporation, a global technology consulting firm that provides transformational infrastructure and security services to the Fortune 1000. To help the company grow and position for capitalization, she developed and implemented marketing strategies focused on brand (content and channels), lead generation, customer care and cultivation, sales support/sales tools, internal communications, and change management. As a member of their executive team, she also participated in assessing, prioritizing and implementing programs and business improvements. Her efforts at OpenSky supported its successful acquisition by a $2B company, as well as over $1.5M in new business and new enterprise clients. At Razorfish, a global digital solutions consultancy, Tina built the strategy consulting practice and managed the delivery of their strategy projects. In this role, she created and developed the strategic product, from offer and methodology to team composition and tools. The scope of her work honed her expertise for directing multiple and various strategy projects simultaneously, as well as for facilitating executive visioning workshops to identify, prioritize, and plan digital solutions across a range of industries. Before that Tina was at Corporate Software & Technology, a software reseller and technology consulting company focusing on the Fortune 500 market. In addition to other major initiatives, she was responsible for building the company’s digital business strategy including online customer services and marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Tina met Marnie at PC Connection, where she was the New Business Development Manager who brought the company owners’ new business ideas to fruition. Tina was also responsible for building PC Connection’s online program from inception to site launch in 1996, making them a very early player in the online retail space. When she was at En Technology, Tina delivered executive presentations of their technology and business strategy to potential partners and performed strategic research and analysis to build key components of the business plan. Tina holds a BS from Franklin Pierce College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Like Marnie, Tina also has three active sons and most often is found happily on a sports field in her free time.
